Julia has spent 16 years of her professional career at law firms working in association with different BIG4 firms and one of the largest accounting firms in Hungary. She has broad experience in transactions when legal, tax and accounting aspects need to be considered parallel. She understands the tax and accounting requirements and knows the legal answer.
She has advised clients in different M&A transactions and setup of joint venture structures.
Julia advises several international clients holding investment in Hungary and provides day-to day advice for their legal compliance in corporate, commercial and HR matters.
She is specialized in certain special regulated areas, including data privacy law and legal aspects of electronic signatures.
Zsófia has over 9 years of experience in providing legal advisory services to international and Hungarian clients. She started her professional career in a BIG4 law firm and specializes on employment law. She advised clients in relation to the set-up of their employment structure, during the terminations of employment relationships and labor disputes.
Zsófia is experienced in identifying and tackling complex legal, taxation, social contribution and payroll issues in close cooperation with tax and payroll advisors.
Zsófia also provides legal advice in the fields of corporate and commercial law, domestic and cross-border mergers as well as in data protection matters.
András is an associate, graduated from Eötvös Loránd University.
During his university years, he worked for three years as a trainee at an international law firm. After graduation, he gained experience in a law firm affiliated to a BIG4 company and later in the corporate group of a domestic boutique law firm, mainly in corporate law and M&A transactions and drafting commercial contracts.
In addition to corporate law and M&A, he also deals with general commercial contracts.
He is fluent in English.
Edit is a junior associate who graduated from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University in the summer of 2020, after which she joined our law firm in September.
During her time at the university, she worked as an intern in several fields. She gained experience in comprehensive legal advice at the legal department of a global company selling daily consumer goods, and then acquired in-depth knowledge in both supporting international clients in labor law matters and in a number of areas of data protection, while working in the labor law and data protection team at a large international law firm.
She focuses on labor law and data protection issues, in particular the interfaces of these fields.
She speaks English fluently and German on a conversational level.
Orsolya is a junior associate at our firm. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Loránd University, after which she joined our team.
During her university years, she worked at a large international law firm and at a Hungarian boutique law firm as well, where she gained experience mainly in the areas of corporate law, compliance, and real estate law.
At our firm, among other practice areas, she deals with corporate law, employment law, commercial law, and compliance.
She speaks fluent English in addition to her native Hungarian.
